We love our group fitness at Fit For Life, but working with clients just like you in 1-to-1 sessions has seen us help members smash barriers they never thought they could work through or achieve results that were once just a wild dream. 

We blend experience with tried, tested, and new training methods and approaches to building you a tailored program that is usually built around 1, 2, or 3 weekly Personal Training sessions. 

Recently we’ve found members getting amazing results by combining 2 Personal Training sessions a fortnight with their Group Training efforts to take things to the next level.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF PERSONAL TRAINING?

WHEN SHOULD I GET A PERSONAL TRAINER?

Jumping into personal training is often seen as an intimidating step, and as something reserved for the true gym junkies. We’re here to flip that view on its head as we believe that no matter where you are in your exercise journey there is a benefit in using a Personal Trainer.

I’m new to training in a gym - Great, we love seeing new people jump on board, if you’re new to things we make sure you explain how the exercises work, assess your level, and work you up slowly and methodically to keep your whole body happy, healthy and strong.; 

I’m on the road back from some time away from the gym or an injury - We’ve all been there, and it's a hard road to take on your own, we’ll test and assess your current ability and build a program that gets you back to full health in a consistent and safe way.

I’m looking for guidance on building a specific muscle group - Brilliant, let’s get you into some testing and see where your full body strength and range of motion is at and then build a focused program.

I’m looking to get super strong and take things to the next level - we like the sound of that! Let’s talk about which trainer to tee you up with and review your current workout regimen and build a program to help you build strength, grow muscle and, if you’re really keen, get your ready for that show!

You bet! With help from the Fit For Life crew we’ll get you on the road to a stronger, fitter you in a way that will leave you feeling and looking amazing. 

It will require dedication and work from your side, but with the support of our trainers and by implementing workout plans that are tailored to your specific goals and needs we will help you focus on technique, dial up intensity and volume in your workouts and ultimately get you stronger, and fitter!
