Our team of certified trainers, headed up by Laura Healy (you can call her Loz), are dedicated to understanding your motivations and your goals, and partnering with you to be your fitness, nutrition, and accountability partner to help you achieve them in a safe, fun, and supportive setting.

we have a session that's right for you. Our session offerings include circuit training, high-intensity interval training (we call these HIIT FIT) and strength training (we call these LIFT FIT) group sessions, boxercise, personal training, and more.

Our sessions keep things interesting by focusing on specific muscle groups or areas of the body and are a great way to get you strong from the inside out. So whether you’re looking to focus on legs, and arms, or strengthen your core we have sessions that are ready to get you sweating it out, and strong!
