Mums and Bubs sessions are a great way to get back into exercise after the arrival of your little one and provide a supportive, inclusive, and tailored way for mums to get moving and build strength.
The Fit For Life Mums and Bubs sessions are designed by trained professionals who will be by your side guiding you through each exercise with any variations you may need, while a trained professional will be by the side of your bub providing FREE child minding and keeping them entertained so you can enjoy some ‘you time’ while getting fit and strong
We have helped mums return to fitness for the better part of a decade and truly understand the challenges of returning to exercise after having a baby, which is why we offer a supportive and welcoming environment for new mothers to get back into shape.
Our exercises are specifically designed to cater to the needs of women who are both ready to take the first step back into fitness after giving birth and those who are ready to take it up a level and start building strength and endurance.
Our sessions focus on:
Safe and effective post-partum exercise that is guaranteed to get the endorphins pumping.
Building full body and core strength.
Keeping your little ones entertained with a creche and qualified childcare worker.
Meeting other like-minded mothers.
We take into account any physical limitations or discomfort you may be experiencing, and offer modifications as needed.
Yes, absolutely! You can bring your baby, toddler or big kid to any Fit For Life mums and bubs session! We run a FREE childminding service run by our qualified childcare worker Jess.

We always recommend being guided by your doctor, maternal health nurse or other physician guiding your return to activity postpartum. However when you’re cleared and ready to get back to it, we’re here to help you take advantage of the numerous benefits of returning to exercise, which include:
