We have built the LIFT FIT stream of workouts by introducing weights-based group sessions that are run by experienced instructors guiding you through challenging exercises that will be sure to get you results. The thing you’re going to love most is the motivating environment to help you build strength, endurance, and confidence in your own abilities.

We have built sessions around each specific muscle group and hit the core in each session to make sure you’ve got a well-rounded, balanced, and strong body to power you toward your health and fitness goals.

DO YOUR GROUP FITNESS SESSIONS HAVE VARIETY?

When we design our programs we make sure we build a program that will keep you busy, working hard and always progressing through new movements and exercises. How do we do it? Let us explain below!

  1. Target Different Muscle Groups: We build sessions around exercises that target different muscle groups. This is key to keeping things exciting and different while keeping things from getting stale and you from getting bored! 

    Mondays might be built around legs and glutes, Tuesdays might target arms, back, chest, and shoulders, Wednesdays a full body workout while Thursdays could hit the core. We’re dedicated to keeping things interesting!

  2. Different Types of Equipment: Much like the need to have variety in the muscle groups we work, variety with, equipment is also a key unlock to progression and staying engaged! Whether it is dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, ski-ergs, or resistance bands no two weeks will be exactly the same. 


CAN I ADJUST THE SESSIONS TO SUIT MY LEVEL?

Absolutely we’re all about helping you get the most out of your sessions! 

Our sessions are designed to suit anyone, no matter whether you’re just heading back from an exercise hiatus or injury or whether you’re looking to take your training to new heights, our sessions are stocked with a large variety of weights and our expert trainers are on hand to help you adjust each exercise, movement, and session to meet your needs.
