REBOOT YOU - 28 DAY KICKSTARTER PROGRAM

A few people have asked me exactly how the 30-day Kickstart program works, so I thought I'd break it down for you. I’m holding nothing back here, below will give you exactly what you'll get inside the Kickstart program. 

So what is the Reboot YOU - 28 Day Kickstarter Program all about? 

Well, each phase of the program is designed to get you results WITHOUT spending your life in the gym.

Let’s dive in to the details!

Phase 1: Foundation (Week 1)  

Phase 1 is all about setting that base line. Think of it as drawing a line in the sand and starting to build new initial habits. During the first week, we’ll work together to:

  • Work through a full assessment. We do this to understand your starting point and your goals. We also look at anything we need to work with like injuries, work, kiddies etc.

  • Establish your personalised nutrition framework (not a rigid meal plan)

  • Get you right into the group sessions and work with you to get you across the ins and outs of the studio

  • Set up your tracking systems and daily routines

Most members notice HUGE improvements in energy and sleep quality in 1 week. This comes before those big physical changes!

Phase 2: Acceleration (Week 2-3)  

Okay so Phase 1 is behind you, and you’re feeling like you’re in the groove with us at Fit For Life. 

Once we've built your foundation, we’ll then shift our focus on to taking things up a notch, this might look like:

  • Reducing any variations or alterations in workout exercises.

  • Increasing the intensity of your workouts as your body adapts

  • Bringing in some targeted strategies for your specific challenge areas

  • Address any obstacles that emerged during the first phase

Phase 2 is where most members see those bigger changes in both how they feel and how they look. So prepare for some results to start kicking in here.

Phase 3: Integration (Week 3)  

Alright, the week of your kickstarter program and final phase! Here you'll focus on cementing those habits to win in the long-run. Here

In the last week, we will work together to:

  • Fine-tune your approach based on what's working best for your body

  • Set new fitness goals to keep you on track after the program ends

  • Work through any obstacles or questions that are still lingering

  • Create your plan for the next 30 days to get you in studio and building on those amazing results from the first 28 days

During each phase of the Kickstart Program you'll get AMAZING support that includes:
