Begin your challenge with your own personalised meal plan, expertly crafted by our nutritionist, tailored to your goals, lifestyle and dietary preferences.As you progress through the challenge, choose to follow the meal plan or work with our team to learn to create your own, ensuring your nutritional plan aligns with your health, progress and goals.
We believe in eating to fuel your body, while still progressing towards your goals. Our nutrition program does not count calories, does not cut foods group; We are passionate about providing simple, easy to follow nutritional guidance that you will love and be able to adapt into your current lifestyle! EVIDENCE BASED TRAINING + options
Train with us either in our group sessions, personal training sessions, a combo of both, or online with your personalised workout program. All of our session are designed to increase your lean muscle mass while making you stronger, fitter, and feeling the best you have been! With each session, you will be overcoming challenges, pushing the boundaries and working to become the best version of you.

Start your challenge with our initial consultation, starting & final assessments (Inbody Scan included at Week 6), evaluations and progress photos. We will then closely assess your progress each week and collaborate to develop practical, achievable strategies for your weekly targets. This personalised approach ensures you’re on the most effective path to reaching your goals.
easy to use challenge app
Your challenge is delivered and accessible through an app, which will hold your meal plan, nutritional guidelines and home workouts. Your assessments, weekly progress tracking and your weekly checkins will all be housed in the app to for easy reference and feedback. You will also be able to message your coach through this app for real time feedback!

Our challenge is perfect for beginners, intermediate and advanced fitness go-ers. The challenge is tailored to you and your specific goals, lifestyle, preferences and needs. So whether looking to build a strong fitness foundation, need to push themselves further in their current journey or want to knuckle down and take it all to the next level, this challenge is for you!

No, you don’t! When you sign up for our 6-week challenge, your registration fee includes a full 6-week membership to group, PT or online training. This grants you complete access to all the benefits of the challenge along with your training of choice

If you’re already a member and wish to take part in the 6-week challenge, we will simply pause your regular membership payments for the duration of the challenge. This way, you won’t have to pay for both at the same time.

You can choose! This 6-week challenge is designed so you can either focus on losing body fat and shredding down for summer, or you can focus on gaining muscle and bulking up for summer! Each goal has it's only specific program to follow for the duration of the 6 weeks.

Absolutely! It’s quite common to have other commitments during an 6-week period. We always say that any progress is better than no progress at all! Plus the challenge is designed to help you stay on track, regardless of life's adventures.
We will be able to provide guidance on making the best dietary choices while you’re travelling, ensuring that you stay on track even when you’re away.

While we recommend a minimum of 2-3 workouts per week, there is no strict requirement for the number of workouts you must complete. We understand that everyone is unique, with different capacities and goals. We will work with you to set realistic and effective workout goals tailored to your individual needs and aspirations. This personalised approach ensures that you get the most out of the challenge while respecting your body’s limits and your personal commitments.

We offer progressions for those looking to challenge themselves further, and regressions for those just starting out or needing a more tailored approach. Our dedicated coaches are here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring you feel supported and confident as you begin your fitness journey with us.
