BANANA BREAD BALLS


SERVES: 12 BALLS

TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 50g walnuts

  • 20g almond meal

  • 20g tahini

  • 1 medIum banana

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • Desiccated coconut to roll the balls in

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth

  2. Scoop teaspoon sized balls of mixture into coconut and roll

  3. Place in fridge to set
