BANANA BREAD BALLS

INGREDIENTS
50g walnuts
20g almond meal
20g tahini
1 medIum banana
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Desiccated coconut to roll the balls in
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth
Scoop teaspoon sized balls of mixture into coconut and roll
Place in fridge to set
