NA-CHO NORMAL NACHOS

TIME: 20-30 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 4x large whole meal wraps

  • 250g beef mince

  • 2 teaspoon salt reduced taco seasoning

  • 100-200g salsa

  • 30g shredded cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Cut up the wholemeal wraps into rectangles and place on a tray. Bake in oven until cripsy

  3. While chips are baking, in a non stick fry pan, cook beef mince. Once browned, add taco seasoning and stir through

  4. In a ramekin or dish, plae a layer of your chips, followed by some of the beef mix, salsa and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.

  5. Continue to layer until all ingredients are used up

  6. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or until cheese has melted
