i will be forever grateful for the flyer i got in my letterbox 7 yrs ago now i think.  Exercise is now a habit not a chore and now part of my everyday life. U have taught me that I can have my treats in moderation and still stay on track. There are heaps of things over the years but i guess what always pops in my head is to be grateful for all the little things in life and to wakeup healthy and happy each day and not to stress about the things u cannot change. Thanks a million
