Since day 1, the goal for the Fit For Life Studio has been to provide you, someone looking to make a change to their life through fitness, a place where they feel welcome, supported, and motivated to reach your own health and fitness goals.
The thing our members say they love most about the studio is, that it is “more than just about exercise sessions”. Once you drop down to see us, we’ll step you through how the studio is used as your very own resource hub for everything health and fitness; be it workouts, recipes, knowledge, content, seminars, community, and fun vibes.

GROUP SESSION TYPES
Our group sessions are split into two different types: LIFT FIT & HIIT FIT. There is a short explainer below to help you get across the different types - but we’ll talk more about these once you filling your details above.
LIFT FIT
Our LIFT sessions focus on lifting weight and are specifically designed to build lean muscle, get you super strong and you will feel badass when lifting heavy stuff!
HIIT FIT
Our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sessions focus on improving on your fitness and are specifically designed to scorch calories, get your heart pumped and body sweating and increase your fitness
FAQs
Q: WHAT DO I GET DURING THE TWO WEEKS?
A: You get two whole weeks free, so you can:
try as many sessions as you want,
see if you like our style of training, and
get a vibe for the studio and community!
Q: I HAVE A LITTLE ONE, CAN I BRING THEM ALONG?
A: I’m glad that you asked, that’s a resounding YES! Why not try our mid-morning sessions (8:30/9:30am) that have creche available and bring them with you!
Q: CAN YOU HELP ME WITH NUTRITION AS WELL?
A: Absolutely, this is a bespoke service so comes with an added cost given we tailor everything to your goals and, above all, what you love eating (yes that’s right). We work with a number of clients on one-on-one nutrition to help them achieve their goals from weight loss, to strength building, to running!
