What Is The Best Diet For You To Follow?

The “diet” you should follow should be one that you can see yourself continuing to follow for the next 1, 5, 10 years. A “diet” that you can sustain within your life is the ones that will produce the best results and the most sustainable results.

Any weight loss efforts do require some sort of sacrifice and self control, but being able to reduce the amount of stress associated with your “diet” will help adherence to your nutrition and therefore produce better, more sustainable results. 

For some, flexible diets (counting calories/macros) is the best way to approach their nutrition. This means they are able to eat the foods they love while still making progress. The method takes off any pressure of good/bad foods and so long as you hit your daily allotment of macros, you can pretty much eat whatever you want.
