APPLE PIE


SERVES: 1

TIME: 20-30 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • Base:

  • 20g almond meal

  • 10g  flax meal

  • 10g coconut oil, melted

  • 1-2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup

Filling:

1 medium apple, finely chopped

10g coconut oil

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon stevia or natvia

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix almond meal and flax meal together

  2. Add maple syrup and melted coconut oil

  3. In a small bowl, place baking paper and spread mixture into a thin layer

  4. Place bowl in freezer for 10-15 minutes

  5. In a non stick pan, add chopped apples and coconut oil and cook until apple is soft

  6. Add stevia and cinnamon and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.

  7. Place apple mixture into base mixture in bowl and top with your choice (eg. 15g almonds and extra cinnamon)
