APPLE PIE
SERVES: 1
TIME: 20-30 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
Base:
20g almond meal
10g flax meal
10g coconut oil, melted
1-2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
Filling:
1 medium apple, finely chopped
10g coconut oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon stevia or natvia
DIRECTIONS
Mix almond meal and flax meal together
Add maple syrup and melted coconut oil
In a small bowl, place baking paper and spread mixture into a thin layer
Place bowl in freezer for 10-15 minutes
In a non stick pan, add chopped apples and coconut oil and cook until apple is soft
Add stevia and cinnamon and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Place apple mixture into base mixture in bowl and top with your choice (eg. 15g almonds and extra cinnamon)
