BANANA ICE-CREAM
SERVES: 2
TIME: 5-10 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
2 bananas, cut up and frozen
1 tablespoon plain Greek yoghurt
100ml almond milk
1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients, except almond milk into a food processor and blitz.
Slowly add almond milk until the mixture becomes a smooth consistency
Pour into a container and place into freezer for 15-20 minutes or until frozen
Take out when wanting to eat!
