BANANA ICE-CREAM


SERVES: 2

TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas, cut up and frozen

  • 1 tablespoon plain Greek yoghurt

  • 100ml almond milk

  • 1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients, except almond milk into a food processor and blitz.

  2. Slowly add almond milk until the mixture becomes a smooth consistency 

  3. Pour into a container and place into freezer for 15-20 minutes or until frozen 

  4. Take out when wanting to eat!
