STRAWBERRY CRUMBLE
SERVES: 1
TIME: 10-15 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
150g frozen strawberries
2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
40g oats
Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
In a saucepan place strawberries and maple syrup and let simmer for 3-5 minutes
In a bowl, mix oats and cinnamon
Pour strawberry mixture into a ramekin and place oats on top
Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes or until strawberry mixture bubbles up and oats start browning
Eat immediately for a warm crumble
