STRAWBERRY CRUMBLE

TIME: 10-15 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g frozen strawberries 

  • 2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup

  • 40g oats

  • Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees 

  2. In a saucepan place strawberries and maple syrup and let simmer for 3-5 minutes

  3. In a bowl, mix oats and cinnamon 

  4. Pour strawberry mixture into a ramekin and place oats on top

  5. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes or until strawberry mixture bubbles up and oats start browning

  6. Eat immediately for a warm crumble
