BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 200g frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 banana, chopped and frozen

  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder

  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth

  2. Chug it down!
