EASY PANCAKES

TIME: 5-10 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
30g almond meal
1 teaspoon baking powder
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, whisk eggs with almond meal and baking powder.
In a non stick fry pan, place a tablespoon sized amounts of your mixture and cook until bubbles appear and pop
Flip your pancake and cook for another 30-60 seconds on the other side.
Continue until all mixture has been used
Tops with your choice of toppings and eat!
