EASY PANCAKES


SERVES: 2

TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs

  • 30g almond meal

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs with almond meal and baking powder. 

  2. In a non stick fry pan, place a tablespoon sized amounts of your mixture and cook until bubbles appear and pop

  3. Flip your pancake and cook for another 30-60 seconds on the other side. 

  4. Continue until all mixture has been used

  5. Tops with your choice of toppings and eat!
