BROWNIE TRUFFLES
SERVES: 8 TRUFFLES
TIME: 15-20 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
Balls:
30g coconut flour
20g cacao powder
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
50g tahini
100ml unsweetened almond milk
Chocolate Coating:
15g coconut oil, melted
10g cacao powder
20g sugar free hot chocolate
DIRECTIONS
In a blender, place all ball ingredients and blitz until smooth
Roll into teaspoon sized balls and place to side
In a bowl, mix all chocolate coating ingredients until smooth
Using a toothpick, dip balls into chocolate then place in a lined container
Repeat until all balls have been covered
Place container in fridge for 10-15 minutes
