BROWNIE TRUFFLES


SERVES: 8 TRUFFLES

TIME: 15-20 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

Balls:

  • 30g coconut flour

  • 20g cacao powder

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup

  • 50g tahini

  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk

Chocolate Coating:

  • 15g coconut oil, melted

  • 10g cacao powder

  • 20g sugar free hot chocolate

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender, place all ball ingredients and blitz until smooth

  2. Roll into teaspoon sized balls and place to side

  3. In a bowl, mix all chocolate coating ingredients until smooth

  4. Using a toothpick, dip balls into chocolate then place in a lined container

  5. Repeat until all balls have been covered

  6. Place container in fridge for 10-15 minutes
