CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE BALLS


SERVES: 12 BALLS

TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 50g natural peanut butter

  • 15g coconut oil, melted

  • 2 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup

  • 50g almond meal

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 50g sugar free chocolate, cut into chunks

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a food processor, place all ingredients except sugar free chocolate and blitz until smooth. If need be, add a dash of unsweetened almond milk or water to make the right consistency to roll into balls

  2. Place mixture into a bowl and fold through sugar free chocolate chunks

  3. Roll into teaspoon sized balls and place in a container
