CHOCOLATE ALMOND SLICE
SERVES: 8 SQUARES
TIME: 30 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
Base:
100g almonds
50g desiccated coconut
100g dates, soaked in hot water
15g coconut oil, melted
Topping:
20g cacao powder
20g tahini
20g sugar free hot chocolate
15g coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
Place all base ingredients into a food processor and blitz until mixed
Spoon mixture into the base of a tray and press down using back of spoon
Place in freezer for 10 minutes
Place all topping ingredients into a bowl and mix
Spread over base and place back in freezer for 20minutes or until set
Cut into pieces
