CHOCOLATE ALMOND SLICE


SERVES: 8 SQUARES

TIME: 30 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

Base:

  • 100g almonds

  • 50g desiccated coconut

  • 100g dates, soaked in hot water

  • 15g coconut oil, melted

Topping:

  • 20g cacao powder

  • 20g tahini

  • 20g sugar free hot chocolate

  • 15g coconut oil, melted

  • 2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all base ingredients into a food processor and blitz until mixed

  2. Spoon mixture into the base of a tray and press down using back of spoon

  3. Place in freezer for 10 minutes

  4. Place all topping ingredients into a bowl and mix

  5. Spread over base and place back in freezer for 20minutes or until set

  6. Cut into pieces
