CHOCOLATE CRACKLE SLICE
SERVES: 6 SQUARES
TIME: 20-30 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
4-6 thin rice cakes
12g coconut oil, melted
2-3 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup
1-2 tablespoons sugar free hot chocolate
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, break up rice cakes into small pieces
In a separate bowl, mix melted coconut oil, maple syrup and sugar free hot chocolate powder
Mix the liquid mixture with the rice cakes
Press the crackle mixture into a tray and smooth out
Put in freezer for 20-30 minutes or until hard
Cut into 6 squares
Keep stored in freezer
