CHOCOLATE CRACKLE SLICE


SERVES: 6 SQUARES

TIME: 20-30 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 4-6 thin rice cakes

  • 12g coconut oil, melted

  • 2-3 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup

  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar free hot chocolate

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, break up rice cakes into small pieces

  2. In a separate bowl, mix melted coconut oil, maple syrup and sugar free hot chocolate powder

  3. Mix the liquid mixture with the rice cakes

  4. Press the crackle mixture into a tray and smooth out

  5. Put in freezer for 20-30 minutes or until hard

  6. Cut into 6 squares

  7. Keep stored in freezer
