CHOCOLATE PIKELETS


SERVES: 3 SERVES

TIME: 15-20 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs

  • 100g almond meal

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

  • 150g plain Greek yoghurt

  • Pinch salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth

  2. In a non stick pan, place 1-2 tablespoons of mixture and cook on one side for 2-3 minutes

  3. Flip then cook on the other side for another minute

  4. Continue until all mixture has been used
