CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BAR


SERVES: 5 BARS

TIME: 10-15 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

  • 1 egg

  • 20g almond meal

  • 115g coconut oil

  • 20g desiccated coconut

  • 20g flax meal

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon stevia (optional)

  • Water as needed

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

  3. Slowly add water until you get a thick consistency

  4. Pour mixture into a lined baking tray and bake in oven for 5-8 minutes or until cooked

  5. Let cool before cutting into portions
