CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BISCUITS

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

  • 20g desiccated coconut

  • 50g almond meal

  • 20g tahini

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 20g cacao powder

  • 2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth

  3. On a lined tray, evenly distribute the mixture into 8 cookies

  4. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through

  5. Let cool before removing from
