CHOCOLATE ROCKS


SERVES: 8 ROCKS

TIME: 15-20 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g puffed rice or rice cakes, broken

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 30g coconut oil, melted

  • 20g cacao powder

  • 1/3 cup sugar free hot chocolate

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together except the puffed rice/rice cakes

  2. Add puffed rice/rice cakes and cover with mixture

  3. Roll mixture into balls and place into container

  4. Let set in fridge for 15-20 minutes
