CHOCOLATE ROCKS
SERVES: 8 ROCKS
TIME: 15-20 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
100g puffed rice or rice cakes, broken
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
30g coconut oil, melted
20g cacao powder
1/3 cup sugar free hot chocolate
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together except the puffed rice/rice cakes
Add puffed rice/rice cakes and cover with mixture
Roll mixture into balls and place into container
Let set in fridge for 15-20 minutes
