COCONUT MACAROON BALLS


SERVES: 8 BALLS

TIME: 20-30 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 50g almond meal

  • 30g desiccated coconut

  • 50ml egg whites

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 1 teaspoon stevia or natvia

  • Pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. In a bowl, combine all but egg whites and salt

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs whites and salt until it becomes fluffy

  4. Mixed the two bowls together

  5. On a lined tray, play teaspoon sized balls of mixture

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until slightly browning
