COCONUT MACAROON BALLS
SERVES: 8 BALLS
TIME: 20-30 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
50g almond meal
30g desiccated coconut
50ml egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon stevia or natvia
Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
In a bowl, combine all but egg whites and salt
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs whites and salt until it becomes fluffy
Mixed the two bowls together
On a lined tray, play teaspoon sized balls of mixture
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until slightly browning
