COCONUT RASPBERRY BITES


SERVES: 8 BITES

TIME: 10-15 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 80g desiccated coconut

  • 30g coconut oil, melted

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 8 fresh raspberries 

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a food processor, place all ingredients except raspberries and blitz until smooth

  2. Evenly distribute the mixture into 8 portions and and mould each portion around a raspberry

  3. Place bites onto a lined container and place in fridge to set
