DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP BISCUITS


SERVES: 6 BISCUITS

TIME: 20-30 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g almond meal

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 20g sugar free hot chocolate

  • 1 teaspoon stevia or natvia

  • 1 egg

  • 15g coconut oil, melted

  • 20g sugar free maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 30g sugar free chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients, except chocolate chips 

  3. Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth

  4. Fold in chocolate chips

  5. On a lined tray, place tablespoon sized portions of the mixture and flatten

  6. Cook in oven for 10-15 minutes or until slightly brown

  7. Cookies will harden as they cool
