DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP BISCUITS
SERVES: 6 BISCUITS
TIME: 20-30 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
100g almond meal
1 teaspoon baking powder
20g sugar free hot chocolate
1 teaspoon stevia or natvia
1 egg
15g coconut oil, melted
20g sugar free maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
30g sugar free chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients, except chocolate chips
Add wet ingredients and mix until smooth
Fold in chocolate chips
On a lined tray, place tablespoon sized portions of the mixture and flatten
Cook in oven for 10-15 minutes or until slightly brown
Cookies will harden as they cool
