ESPRESSO BALLS


SERVES: 12 BALLS

TIME: 5-10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 30g dates, soaked in hot water

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 15g oats

  • 30g cacao powder

  • 15g coconut oil, melted

  • 30g desiccated coconut

  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee

     

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth

  2. Roll into 12 evenly sized balls

  3. Place in fridge to set
