FERRERO ROCHER BALLS


SERVES: 12 BALLS

TIME: 10-15 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 80g almond meal

  • 80g hazelnut meal 

  • 50g dates, soaked in hot water

  • 20g cacao powder

  • 2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 30g crushed peanuts (to roll the balls in)

     

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender place all ingredients, except crushed peanuts. Blitz until smooth

  2. Roll mixture into teaspoon sized balls

  3. Roll each ball in crushed peanuts and place into lined container

  4. Place container in fridge for 10-15 minutes or until balls are set
