FLAX SEED CRACKERS

TIME: 30-40 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
50g flax meal
20g chia seeds
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1/2 cup water
DIRECTIONS
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
In a bowl, mix flax seeds, chia seed and salt together
Slowly add water and mix through until mixture thickens up
In a lined baking tray, spread mixture out evenly, keeping depth to 0.5cm
Using the tip of a knife, score the mixture into squares
Cook in oven for 20-30 minutes or until firm and the edges are browning
Let cool before breaking into pieces
