FLAX SEED CRACKERS


SERVES: 4 SERVES

TIME: 30-40 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 50g flax meal

  • 20g chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt

  • 1/2 cup water

     

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees

  2. In a bowl, mix flax seeds, chia seed and salt together

  3. Slowly add water and mix through until mixture thickens up

  4. In a lined baking tray, spread mixture out evenly, keeping depth to 0.5cm

  5. Using the tip of a knife, score the mixture into squares

  6. Cook in oven for 20-30 minutes or until firm and the edges are browning

  7. Let cool before breaking into pieces
