MEAT BALLS


SERVES: 5

TIME: 20-30 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g beef mince

  • 1 egg

  • 40g almond meal

  • 250g tin crushed tomatoes

  • 50g tomato paste

  • Mixed herbs

  • Pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mix together beef mince, egg, almond meal, herbs and salt 

  2. In a fry pan, place tablespoon sized balls of the mixture and cook until brown and cooked through, flipping occasionally

  3. Once all the mixture has been used, place all meatballs into pan and add crushed tomatoes and tomato paste

  4. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes
