NO BAKE MUESLI BAR


SERVES: 8 BARS

TIME: 10-15 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g oats

  • 20g chia seeds

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

  • 20g flax meal

  • 3 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients

  2. Divide into 8 serves

  3. Mould each serve into a rectangle

  4. Wrap in aluminium foil

  5. Place in fridge to set
