INGREDIENTS
150g oats
20g chia seeds
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
20g flax meal
3 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, mix together all ingredients
Divide into 8 serves
Mould each serve into a rectangle
Wrap in aluminium foil
Place in fridge to set
