OAT BISCUITS
SERVES: 8 BARS
TIME: 15-20 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
200g banana, mashed
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
150g oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth
On a lined baking tray, divide the mixture into 8 portions
Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through
Let cool before removing from tray
