OAT BISCUITS


SERVES: 8 BARS

TIME: 15-20 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g banana, mashed

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 150g oats

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth

  3. On a lined baking tray, divide the mixture into 8 portions 

  4. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through

  5. Let cool before removing from tray
