PEANUT BUTTER SLICE
SERVES: 12 SERVES
TIME: 20-30 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
Base:
50g desiccated coconut
50g natural peanut butter
20g cacao powder
20g crushed peanuts
2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
Middle:
50g natural peanut butter
30g coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
Topping:
15g coconut oil, melted
2 teaspoon sugar free hot chocolate
1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
In a food processor, place all base ingredients and blitz until smooth
Place mixture into a lined tray and press down until flat
Place all middle ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth
Place mixture on top of base layer and smooth out
Place tray in freezer for 10-15 minutes or until set
Place all topping ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth
Spread evenly over middle layer and place tray back into freezer until topping has set
Once set, cut into 12 pieces
