PEANUT BUTTER SLICE


SERVES: 12 SERVES

TIME: 20-30 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

Base:

  • 50g desiccated coconut

  • 50g natural peanut butter

  • 20g cacao powder

  • 20g crushed peanuts

  • 2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup

Middle:

  • 50g natural peanut butter

  • 30g coconut oil, melted

  • 2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup

Topping:

  • 15g coconut oil, melted

  • 2 teaspoon sugar free hot chocolate

  • 1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a food processor, place all base ingredients and blitz until smooth

  2. Place mixture into a lined tray and press down until flat

  3. Place all middle ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth

  4. Place mixture on top of base layer and smooth out

  5. Place tray in freezer for 10-15 minutes or until set

  6. Place all topping ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth

  7. Spread evenly over middle layer and place tray back into freezer until topping has set

  8. Once set, cut into 12 pieces
