PUMPKIN PIE PROTEIN BAR


SERVES: 4 BARS

TIME: 30-40 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 400g pumpkin, mashed

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1/4 cup stevia

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 3 eggs

  • 100g cup cottage cheese

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl

  3. Line a pan with baking paper and pour mixture into pan

  4. Cook for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean

  5. Allow to cool before cutting
