PUMPKIN PIE PROTEIN BAR
SERVES: 4 BARS
TIME: 30-40 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
400g pumpkin, mashed
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup stevia
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 eggs
100g cup cottage cheese
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Line a pan with baking paper and pour mixture into pan
Cook for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean
Allow to cool before cutting
