RASPBERRY OAT COOKIES
SERVES: 6 COOKIES
TIME: 20-30 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
30g oats
20g almond meal
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
15g coconut oil, melted
1 egg
Dash of vanilla essence
125g fresh raspberries
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a tray with baking paper
In a blender, place all ingredients, except raspberries, and blitz until smooth.
Place mixture into a bowl and fold through raspberries
Place tablespoon sized amounts of the mixture onto tray
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked
