RED VELVET SLICE
SERVES: 8 SQUARES
TIME: 20-30 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
Base:
40g almond meal
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
20g coconut flour
20g cacao powder
2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
100ml unsweetened almond milk
15g coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon red food colouring
Chocolate layer:
10g tahini
15g coconut oil, melted
10g sugar free hot chocolate
1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, mix all base ingredients
Line a container and press down mixture with back of spoon into base of tray
Place in freezer for 15-20 minutes or until set
Mix all chocolate layer ingredients together
Smooth chocolate topping over base layer
Place back in freezer for another 5-10 minutes or until set
Cut into pieces
