ROCKY ROAD


SERVES: 10 SQUARES

TIME: 15-20 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 30g coconut oil, melted

  • 50g slithered almonds

  • 20g cacao powder

  • 30g desiccated coconut

  • 20g tahini

  • 30g sugar free hot chocolate

  • 1 teaspoon stevia or natvia

  • 1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 1 cup sugar free marshmallows, cut up

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the marshmallows and stir until smooth

  2. Fold through marshmallows

  3. Pour into a container and smooth out

  4. Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes or until hardened

  5. Take out of container and cut into squares
