Laura taught me how to lift heavy weights. She showed me that I was lifting well under my capability and showed me the techniques and gave me the self belief to lift heavy weight safely. She is everyone's biggest cheerleader, always encouraging and supportive and is always interested in your progress. She is stoked about any little victory in your training journey and is as excited as you are when you get the little wins! She works hard in educating herself and adding value with nutrition education. She encourages people to eat A LOT of the right kinds of foods and shows them how to do it, to give them energy and support their goals. Her advice is realistic, she never expects people to miss out on life's little pleasures, but teaches a lot about balance and how to incorporate healthy eating and training into your lifestyle, so you can sustain it, and be truly 'Fit For Life' hence the name!
