Over the years I have associated myself with a few other fitness organisations and diet companies. Although I have enjoyed some of these I have never had the love and mindset to make this a permanent way of life.

A year ago I walked into my very first class a little apprehensive and nervous. Now a year on Loz and the Fit for Life fam inspire me to continue on my journey.

Every class is fun, friendly, non-judgemental  and welcoming a testament to you and our family, Loz.

I enjoy the challenges and differences of all classes and look forward to continuing to change my life with Loz and the Fit for Life family.
