One that has no food guilt or negative associations with food
One that consumes adequate amounts of each macros; protein, carbs & fats
One that doesn’t feel the need to snack, binge eat or emotionally eat
One that can distinguish the difference between hunger and boredom
One that eats mindfully and understands the importance of food to fuel their body
One that exercises for enjoyment and the positive effects rather than to punish themselves or purely focus on calorie expenditure (weightloss)
One that can say no to foods they don’t actually want to eat
One that can see themselves being able to maintain their current nutritional habits for years on because it is now their lifestyle
One that doesn’t even feel like they are dieting
