ALMOND MEAL PANCAKES


SERVES: 1

TIME: 15-20 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg

  • 10g chia seeds

  • 20g almond meal

  • 1 teaspoon stevia or natvia (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix together

  2. In a non stick fry pan, place 1-2 tablespoon sized amounts of mixture

  3. Once cooked on one side, flip and cook on the other side

  4. Continue until all mixture is used
