ALMOND MEAL PANCAKES

TIME: 15-20 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
10g chia seeds
20g almond meal
1 teaspoon stevia or natvia (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix together
In a non stick fry pan, place 1-2 tablespoon sized amounts of mixture
Once cooked on one side, flip and cook on the other side
Continue until all mixture is used
