BANANA BREAD

TIME: 45-60 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

100g almond meal

2 large ripe bananas

4 eggs

30g coconut oil, melted

2 tablespoons sugar free maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Pinch of Himilayan salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. In a bowl, place banana, eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla essence and mash with a fork until mixed

  3. Add almond flour, baking powder and salt and mix until smooth

  4. Pour mixture into a baking loaf and bake in oven for 45-60 minutes or until cooked through

  5. Let cool slightly before cutting
