CHIA SEED PUDDING


SERVES: 1 SERVE

TIME: 10-15 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 20g chia seeds

  • 170g plain Greek yoghurt

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup

  • 125ml unsweetened almond milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into bowl and mix together

  2. Leave in bowl or pour into jar

  3. Place in fridge for 1-2 hours or overnight

  4. Top with choice of fruit to eat
