CHIA SEED PUDDING
SERVES: 1 SERVE
TIME: 10-15 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
20g chia seeds
170g plain Greek yoghurt
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
125ml unsweetened almond milk
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients into bowl and mix together
Leave in bowl or pour into jar
Place in fridge for 1-2 hours or overnight
Top with choice of fruit to eat
