CHICKEN FAJITAS
SERVES: 5 SERVES
TIME: 20-30 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
500g chicken breast, diced
200g capsicum, diced
1 medium onion, diced
Marinade sauce:
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon of each: oregano, cumin, garlic powder, chilli, paprika and Himalayan salt
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, whisk marinade ingredients
In a bag, place chicken and pour marinade sauce over. Let chicken sit
In a wok, cook onion and capsicum until browning. Once cooked, set aside
Place chicken in wok and cook until browning
Add capsicum and onion back into wok and cook for another 1-2 minutes
Serve with lettuce, tomato and avocado
