CHICKEN FAJITAS


SERVES: 5 SERVES

TIME: 20-30 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g chicken breast, diced

  • 200g capsicum, diced

  • 1 medium onion, diced

Marinade sauce:

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 teaspoon of each: oregano, cumin, garlic powder, chilli, paprika and Himalayan salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, whisk marinade ingredients

  2. In a bag, place chicken and pour marinade sauce over. Let chicken sit

  3. In a wok, cook onion and capsicum until browning. Once cooked, set aside

  4. Place chicken in wok and cook until browning

  5. Add capsicum and onion back into wok and cook for another 1-2 minutes

  6. Serve with lettuce, tomato and avocado
