CHOC-BANANA CUPS
SERVES: 8 SERVES
TIME: 20-30 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
Chocolate cups:
15g coconut oil, melted
20g tahini
20g cacao powder
30g sugar free chocolate, melted
2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
Banana filling:
100g banana
15g coconut oil, melted
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, mix all chocolate cup ingredients together and using half the mixture, spoon a little into the base of 8 silicone cups
Palce in fridge to set
In a food processor, place all banana filling ingredients and blitz until smooth
Evenly distribute the banana filling mixture into the silicone cups and place in freezer for 10-15 minutes or until set
Using the rest of the chocolate cups mixture, evenly distribute over the banana filling in the cups and place back into the freezer until set
