CHOC-BANANA CUPS


SERVES: 8 SERVES

TIME: 20-30 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

Chocolate cups:

  • 15g coconut oil, melted

  • 20g tahini

  • 20g cacao powder

  • 30g sugar free chocolate, melted

  • 2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup

Banana filling:

  • 100g banana

  • 15g coconut oil, melted

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, mix all chocolate cup ingredients together and using half the mixture, spoon a little into the base of 8 silicone cups

  2. Palce in fridge to set

  3. In a food processor, place all banana filling ingredients and blitz until smooth

  4. Evenly distribute the banana filling mixture into the silicone cups and place in freezer for 10-15 minutes or until set

  5. Using the rest of the chocolate cups mixture, evenly distribute over the banana filling in the cups and place back into the freezer until set
