CHOC MINT BALLS
SERVES: 12 BALLS
TIME: 10-15 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
50g oats
20g flax meal
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
30g dates
20g cacao powder
15g coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth
Roll into teaspoon sized balls and place into container
Place container in fridge for 5-10 minutes or until set
