CHOC MINT BALLS


SERVES: 12 BALLS

TIME: 10-15 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 50g oats

  • 20g flax meal

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 30g dates

  • 20g cacao powder

  • 15g coconut oil, melted

  • 2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth

  2. Roll into teaspoon sized balls and place into container

  3. Place container in fridge for 5-10 minutes or until set
