CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BROWNIES


SERVES: 4 BROWNIES

TIME: 20-30 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

  • 70g almond meal

  • 40 cacao powder

  • 1/3 cup sugar free maple syrup

  • 150g pumpkin

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Boil pumpkin and mash into a smooth texture

  3. Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth

  4. Pour mixture into baking tray and cook for 20-30 minutes or until skewer comes out clean

  5. Let cool then cut into portions
