CHOCOLATE PROTEIN DOUGHNUTS
SERVES: 3 DOUGHNUTS
TIME: 20-30 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
30g oats
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup stevia/natvia
20g flax meal
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
10g coconut flour
100ml almond mik
50ml egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth
Divide mixture between 3 doughnut moulds
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through
Take out of moulds and let cool
