CHOCOLATE PROTEIN DOUGHNUTS


SERVES: 3 DOUGHNUTS

TIME: 20-30 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 30g oats

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1/4 cup stevia/natvia

  • 20g flax meal

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 10g coconut flour

  • 100ml almond mik

  • 50ml egg whites

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth

  3. Divide mixture between 3 doughnut moulds

  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through

  5. Take out of moulds and let cool
