CHOCOLATE PROTEIN MUFFINS
SERVES: 6 MUFFINS
TIME: 15-20 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
50g coconut flour
1 egg
20ml egg whites
50g plain Greek yoghurt
15g coconut oil, melted
1 tablespoon stevia/natvia
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth
Evenly divide mixture between 6 muffin holes
Bake in oven for 10-15minutes or until cooked through
