CHOCOLATE PROTEIN MUFFINS


SERVES: 6 MUFFINS

TIME: 15-20 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

  • 50g coconut flour

  • 1 egg

  • 20ml egg whites

  • 50g plain Greek yoghurt

  • 15g coconut oil, melted

  • 1 tablespoon stevia/natvia

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth

  3. Evenly divide mixture between 6 muffin holes 

  4. Bake in oven for 10-15minutes or until cooked through
